I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. the value for money is outstanding, especially compared to more expensive options in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable - from the comprehensive toiletries provided to the free use of desktop computers, everything was thoughtfully provided. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect - situated in a quieter area, yet still in the center of all the action.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults with it.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness and hotel facilities, with comfortable beds and ample amenities like toiletries and free WiFi. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the JR and subway stations, making it a breeze to get around this city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the daily complimentary drinks were a nice touch.
Worst aspects? Absolutely nothing.

This hotel is a great value for money. It offers a clean and organized space that is very well thought-out. The staff was courteous throughout my entire stay. They even assisted me in calling a taxi when I needed one. the location of this hotel is top-notch. It is within walking distance of various shops and restaurants, and the nearest subway stop is only a few blocks away. Another perk is that the hotel provides free and fast Wi-Fi, which helped me stay in touch with work while I was away.
Although the hotel provides many amenities, it would have been great to have a small safe in each room to store valuable items. the rooms do tend to be on the smaller side some guests may find a bit cramped.

This hotel really impressed me with its attention to detail and lovely facilities. One aspect that stood out was the helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was situated in a quieter area, but still in the center of Osaka, making it convenient to explore the city.
Everything was ok and there is nothing I believe could be improved.

Secondly, the staff were efficient and provided great service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Lastly, the room was small but had everything I needed. The bathroom was spacious, and the attention to detail was impressive - from the tiny bath amenities to the amazing views from the window.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station and with easy access to the city center. The well-appointed rooms are equipped with high-quality toiletries and are cleaned to a high standard. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of dishes with interesting options available, making it a good start to the day.
The view from the room was not pleasant.

The rooms were spotless and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The location was amazing, close to the train station and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We especially loved the affordable sushi place nearby. , the bathroom was bigger than normal and the high-speed wifi was such a relief.
There wasn't much to complain about except for the noise from the pachinko place across the street, which wasn't too bad on the higher floors. , the room was slightly small, but that's normal for Japan.
